• Applicants must be at least (18) year of the by the start of the Convention Weekend
• All Staff must follow the rules, policies, and guidelines set forth in the Codes of Conduct, AnimeNEXT Staff Handbook, and any Department Specific Procedures
• Staff Must work (24)Twentry-Four Hours over the course of the convention weekend
  • If your Department is still in full swing during the off season(Such as Marketing or Design Team) this is adjusted accordingly
• Uphold exemplary judgement and lead by example for Attendees and Peers alike
• Utilize the Staff systems such as, but not limited to; Staff Discord, Staff Facebook, and GSuite Applications
• Maintain an organized workflow and meet any deadlines set forth
• Attend monthly Staff meetings & read meetings notes to stay informed
  • Staff Meetings are available to attend in person and online

Becoming a Staff Member at AnimeNEXT has a number of very competitive perks and we are always looking into new ways to reward our staff for all of their amazing work throughout the year. Past perks have included, but are not limited to, the following:
